Payment

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, ApplePay.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 2-14 business days.

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS ships goods with the following: Pickup, GLS - Business, GLS - Private, PostNord - Private, PostNord - Business, Danske Fragtmænd, external moving company, and external assembly company.

The shipping cost is calculated based on weight and price.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts the day the order is delivered.

Any return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to hello@justaddpeople.dk. The message must clearly state your wish to use the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. This means you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS to assess the condition of the item.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is provided on products in accordance with Danish sales law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects must be reported to JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty is voided by incorrect or unusual use of the product.

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
